I was pleasantly surprised that the picture quality was not degraded compared to using my iPhone 10 without this case. The same with audio quality. It was fine. However, if you try to play a video or use the phone the audio is very muffled when listening to it. But take the case off and everything is perfect. I also found it a little difficult to open the case. But the instructions for doing so will work OK.

This case makes no sense. No one can hear me on a speaker call and there are hella echos on a normal phone call. I can't even use the case to tell if is durable or waterproof. Also the knob is super hard to turn on the side. How can amazon let this sell on their platform?

After buying this product I was impressed with the ease of putting it on and sealing it up without any bubbles. This is my first "water proof" case so I cant compare to others. However when I would make a phone call the speaker phone is useless. Every person I talked to said they could not hear me and that there was a bad echo of themselves in the phone. When I would take it off speaker they could hear me faintly but still had a terrible echo. Will be returning this week.
