Works perfectly easy to install

No issues it was a exact replacement. Remove and replace

Very disappointed. Was wanting to fix a problem quickly for a friend. Item came without a gasket so had to order another one. Hopefully all items will be in the next box.

NOTE: Do NOT use any type of pry bar, etc. on the thin flange as it will deform and cause problems with sealing the pump after reassembly. I did a test fit of the cartridge and wanted to remove it for some reason so I made the mistake of gently prying against the flange and bent it just a little bit. The bolts are not meant for high-torque so don't think you can just "crank it down tight" to get a better seal. I had to make a gasket from thin rubber gasket material to finally get a leak-free assembly.

I like it easy to install

Not much I can say. Old pump was making a lot of noise. It was local in a place with easy access so very easy job to remove the old pump and install this one. New pump was an exact match to the one I removed so 15 min job. New pump is quiet so I'm happy.

This cartridge works great!I would like to add an additional note that I have not seen anyone mention. It will make a rattling noise like there is a loose bearing rolling around in there. That's what I thought anyway. I called the tech support an they knew exactly what I was talking about. They said it's a anti-corrosion pill that will eventually dissolve. It would have been nice to have a little warning sticker, oh well. First world problems I guess.

I was told I couldn't get the part for five (5) weeks, but two days into my wait, I got a message that I would have it in 13 days AND I did. In the middle of a week of 40 below zero. Nice job, well done.
