My nails started growing like Iv never seen before in my life. I never took D3 with K, wanted to try for adsorption. This really raised my D levels faster than any other supplement. Two thumbs up and five stars. I felt improvement in my personal over all health. Thanks, although I did gain a few lbs. could be totally unrelated.

This review may change after additional time, as I just started taking it. From the outset, I found the bottle was nicely sealed, twice. First seal is plastic ring around the outside, and the 2nd one is a tight peel-seal between the cap and bottle opening. Right there, it makes me confident the product is professionally made and quality controlled. As I'm personally dealing with psoriasis and other autoimmune -- inflammation causing -- problems, I was looking for something to help with healing internally. After much research, I chose this brand for their competitive pricing and ingredient quality. These pills look like little seeds of sunshine! They have a pleasing amber color on the inside. I've not experienced any apparent side-effects after 2 days, so far. In my experience, it takes anywhere from 2 weeks to several months before a supplement shows its true colors. So far, I'm pleased. From everything I've read, having 100 mcg of the MK7 version of K-2 is the better form to use with D3. 5/25/25. Update: Vitamin D levels went from 50 to 80 in 1 month taking 2 pills a day.! I’ve now since reduced to just one pill a day but I know the vitamin D works. I can only assume the K2 is also doing as it is supposed to, but I didn’t have any way of testing that specifically..

Hola Quisiera saber si a alguien le ha pasado lo que me pasó a mi, al tomar estás vitaminas. La empecé a tomar y como a la semana me empezaron a doler las rodillas fuertemente. No sé si es la dosis es muy alta para mí o cual sería el problema. La he dejado de tomar y el dolor ha disminuido en un 90%. Me la tomaré 1 vez a la semana y ver cómo me va. Le doy 4 estrellas porque pienso que el problema está en mí y no en el producto. Si a alguien más le pasa o ha pasado favor decirme.

Loved the product but like so many here on Amazon it's not available anymore. Was a fair price for what you got.

I was recommended to take this vitamin by my physician. If I accidentally don’t take it one day, I certainly feel it. This is a great product. It works fantastic for me. I love it.
