I was pleasantly surprised with how much this really helped me when driving. I just bought a new truck and noticed I was leaning forward often when driving because I do not like sitting on top of the steering wheel; however, I’m short so as you can see I was in a pickle. Buying an adult car seat or pedal extensions would be embarrassing lol so I bought this pillow as a little extra support in order to sit straight but comfortably and without having to keep the seat super close to the steering wheel. It could not have worked out any better! It gives me a little extra push forward, and forces good posture when driving. The straps keep it secure and snug and there has been no movement whatsoever when driving. I also have a herniated disc in my lower back and this instantly relieves that pain when driving. I highly recommend this to anyone with a bad back or any other tiny gals out there who need more support when driving!

This is a good back support pillow. I ordered this specifically wanting and hoping to use it in a recliner -- but thinking perhaps I wouldn't be able to because of the chair size, and then would relegate it to my car. But -- I was wrong. I do use it with my recliner. It's not perfect -- but it's awfully doggone close, considering that recliners are big, I can't really use the straps and I do prefer to adjust it differently each night. Within 2 nights, I could feel the difference in my back, and now I am not reluctant to relax in my recliner. My back doesn't hurt, either while sitting in it or afterwards. This VillSure memory foam cushion gave me the support I sought.

I like it, it's soft and made of real memory foam. I need it for my kitchen chairs that do not have back cushions. Despite not having a cushion, they are really comfy chairs, and I have no complaints about the design while sitting during meals. However, the lack of back support can be tiresome when sitting at the table for hours doing some small DIY projects.

I ordered this for my work van to help with lumbar support and it is completely flat. The description made it sound as if it would provide support leading me to believe that it would be thicker in size. It was shipped in an airtight bag so I thought it was flat because of that, but even after letting it sit out for several hours it was still almost completely flat. I will say that it is soft, but only about 1 inch to 1.5 inch in thickness and provides no support.

Having just opened the package, I was disappointed in the fact, the cushion appeared to have more height and substance in the Amazon ad. Having tried the cushion, it did provide noticeable support. However, my concern is how long will the support exist, given it's quite thin. I would have liked to have the cushion go up further in the chair to provide greater back stability and support. Time will tell how durable and effective this cushion will be.

I truly love this product. It is the first product that I have used that has eased my back pain while sitting and driving. For the first time, I have hope that and less pain in my back while sitting and driving long and short distances. Whoever came up with this idea is a genius. Wish it could take away my back pain forever. I use it in the car and at work and I am going to buy one for my bedroom when I sit in my chair. I will definitely tell people about this product.

So! I was a little disappointed by its small size when this came out of the box, from the pictures I expected it to cover more real estate. HOWEVER! After trying it out and learning where to place it correctly, I don't judge it by its size anymore! This had made an incredible difference to my driving comfort. I was surprised that the inflation process truly had no associated smells! I let it come to shape in my car, but that seemed to be an unnecessary precaution. My only criticism, which is not enough to dock a star, is that it could use another strap to keep it where it needs to be. So I just wiggle it around a little every time I sit down, nbd. Especially considering the price, I am utterly satisfied with its performance. Protip: Place the lower cushion just ABOVE your pelvis, in the lumbar curve. This will help your back achieve its natural shape. Hooray for driving in comfort!

Could be a wonderful back support but it’s too thin for me. I know it comes air packed so you have to give it time to let it come back to life, but it’s been 3 days and mine is still pretty flat. I’ve tried the blow dryer trick, I’ve messed with it, shook it and it didn’t change shape much. Fluffed up a bit but not enough for what I needed.
