Update 2022. L tryptophan weeks better and is cheaper, please go back to old formula. Big waste of money .Used for almost a month. Not sure why changed the formula and seems the old one worked better and had more ingredients in it. Didn’t yet feel this worked.It’s pricey and although I bought it for kosher mood boost I’ve decided to try a non certified for a while to save money and try something with more ingredients. Which is a shame that something has to be four times the price for kashrut at the kosher consumers loss being turned to non certified, which their are permissible used for. I’d only up my review if received two months of trial free product to see if indeed works and improvement on old formula as the only thing better is the capsule.
