Q: I’m always warm when sleeping & perspire a lot at night. Does this tape come off easily if it comes in contact with perspiration?

Do not know. I'm guessing perspiration will probably affect it but do not know by how much. You may want to go to Walmart and buy the small,1" roll and test it.

Q: Where is this manufactured?

This Kind tape is made by 3M where that is located in the United States which state I do not know. I do know t it is a wonderful tape to use latex free.
