Looks like a vape pen or s3x toy!
Sent this to my son with Christmas presents in Nov 2024 to Milan, Italy. Italian customs don't allow vape pens or s3x toys to be shipped, so the package was returned to me via surface (boat) and I had to remove the iron, then resend the remainder of the Christmas gifts back it Italy. As of today, 23 Jan 2025, my son still hasn't received his gifts. Only buy this if you're already in Europe, I'm sure this would work fine. But it looks like an electric d1ld0 under X-ray and ruined Christmas!
