It is stunning, and shinning like a diamond, however, it needs patience to put it together, its not hard though, it takes me an hour to complete everything. Am still wondering how to clean it in future I presume it will be hard to dust off once you put it together.

Great lighting and great service

I never thought buying a chandelier would bring so much stress. I was excited to put this chandelier up until I began to open it. No Instructions at all. Will take you a couple hours to figure it out. Once you have eventually figured it out, trying to assemble it is going to be the biggest challenge you face. Besides all this, my main disappointment is it has missing parts. Crystals are missing and it is obnoxiously obvious! Im very upset, and trying to get in contact with the supplier. (Annaka Lighting UK) To no surprise, it is a Chinese supplier with no contact details. Even Amazon is only offering a refund which I don't want, I just wanted missing items to be delivered and only wanted a replacement for the crystals. NO solution!!! Do not suggest buying this unless you want stress and disappointment.

I have just been changing my house. changed everything so in my hall I fancied a chandelier. this was to hang over a ceramic floor I choose this one as I wanted quite a large one but not too large as it is at the bottom of my stairs and my house has a low ceiling. it arrived very well packed all wrapped up in separate bungles the small crystals that hang in rows of three come with a split ring fixing. there is 208 crystals all together so quite a job. I started by fixing these I did this before putting it up I sat at kitchen table to do this but the problem came with the large crystals that fit around it. these are just on a bit of really soft metal I checked they was all attached ok to the metal then started you just push through the hole and bend it I was fixing everything ok then I noticed they was falling back off the problem is the metal is so soft the weight of the crystals resting on the table was opening the metal fixings. so I left it till next day my husband put it up then attached the crystals when it was on the ceiling because the floor is so hard I put some blankets on the floor in case they dropped back off. it looks lovely but if I had known about these soft metal clips I would not have bought it. I'm just hoping the weight of the crystals does not open the clips back up and they start falling off. this fitting is very heavy so do not fix to just a plaster board

Once built it looks very nice and sparkly but it requires strong finger nails and fingers as there are a hundred or more jewels to clip on and hang. I decided to fit to ceiling first and then hang the plastic jewels, maybe better to do the hanging when on the floor but then you have to try and screw to ceiling with all the weight

I purchased two, looks more expensive, good quality. Takes a lot of time to assemble the glass crystals however, would recommend

Very disappointed after receiving this crystal chandelier LED light. Crystal ring A, 1 piece was broken, and crystal B, 20 pieces were missing. This is not easy to assemble at all.

Beautiful! Very pleased with the finished result. The crystals are lovely but the small strands are individually attached by threading tiny metal circles onto the frame. It is tedious work and takes fine manual dexterity as well as strong fingernails. Imagine threading hundreds of keys onto key chains! There were just barely enough crystals so be careful not to damage or lose any. We noticed the larger crystals had fingerprints on them even though they came in nicely foam wrapped bundles. Allow at least a couple of hours to assemble and install. Having two people is a great help, too. Also be aware that this light take G9 bulbs (not included). The item description says this but we didn’t notice it. Had to make a trip to the home improvement store to get the right kind of bulbs. The quality is very nice. We are very happy with our lovely light. We think the price was terrific, too!

This chandelier looks really pretty! But, I'm taking off one star because the seller didn't give us any extra crystals. One of the crystals was broken, and we only saw it after we put everything together. We had to buy a new one online from somewhere else. The seller should know these things are fragile and give us a couple of extra crystals just in case. Thanks

I was really disappointed with my purchase. The light took way too long to install, and the crystal parts were tedious and poorly labelled. It also didn’t ship well; some pieces came loose, and the packaging wasn’t very secure. For the price, I expected much better quality and an easier setup.
