For my soft plastics, I use Liquid Mayhem. But for moving baits I tried this product. I have fished without it and would get no bights. Give the lure a few squirts and bam. I would start getting bights. It really works. But why did I say "But" in the title? Well since it has glitter in it the pump gets clogged. I would have to take it apart and clean it out to get it working again. It is a pain in the but. I wish they would work on getting a pump or some other way to use the scent without having the clogging issue. If it wasn't for that it would get 5 stars.

Fishing

The first day using the bass Baitmate I caught the biggest catfish I've ever caught using an artificial beetle grub. I thought the spray worked great. Unfortunately that was the only one I caught during the 10-day trip. It's worth trying again, though, since I also caught nothing on live bait during the trip.

Used this in spots I consistently have luck. Started catching nothing. Bottle is larger than expected, but looks hoky. Don't see myself wasting space in my tackle box with this stuff anymore.

A few times my husband threw the pole off the dock, along with one drop pf the bait scent. and before the second pole went in, he had a nice channel cat.

Nothing really impressive. I got just about the same amount of fish with and with out it. The bottle never works kind of inconvenient and the guard around the nozzle is not exactly spill proof either every now and then i have some of the product in the bottom of my tackle box. however the gel is very colorful and has a metallic sparkle to it which i believe my get the attention of more fish.
