I wanted the 6" press rather than the 8", because that will work better for me. I received the round one with the polymer handle, which is the one I wanted. It's not super heavy, but I wanted a tool strong enough that I can press the burger into the grill, rather than just weigh it down. This press looks strong enough to do the job, and high quality enough to last a long time. The weight is more than heavy enough to hold down bacon, etc. The bottom surface is smooth like you would expect on a stainless-steel appliance, but not highly polished. The weld on the handle looks clean. I feels good in my hand, and will meet my needs perfectly.

This burger press is fantastic. Very sturdy and easy to clean. I’ve seen a few reviewers that didn’t like the handle, but it was no issue for me at all. I made 12 smash burgers tonight and this press made it so easy to make them nice and thin! I sprayed with a little cooking spray and it slides right off. As someone else mentioned, it works best if you smash and then slide the press off The burger horizontally. If you pull straight up, the meat may stick, but that is the case with any press or spatula. This is my new secret weapon for making killer smash burgers!

I give this 5 Stars!! Exactly perfect for what I wanted. I was sick of using Parchment paper for smashing the burgers, this thing is non stick! Great weight too it, definitely feels sturdy and worth the price. Can’t wait to make smash burgers all summer long!

Seems solid and well made. Could do the same thing with a stiff spatula but cool task specific tool.

Couldn't get the cooks to consistently make a thin smash burger until I ordered this press. The design is great, nice and sturdy which allows you to get wafer thin smash burgers (just the way they're supposed to be). Held up for almost a year of near daily use until I had to replace it. Highly Recommend

Sturdy with a nice weight to it. This works great for smashburgers but also as a weight while cooking

Good simple design and works very well. Strongly recommend it as a good investment for long term use. If I had any thing to suggest to the mfg. I'd recommend making the product a tad bit heavier. Overall, I believe it's a great item to have in the kitchen.

Must have for a smashed burger

Sturdy burger press that is easy to clean, bottom is perfectly flat with no gaps or welds to trap bacteria. Angled handle allows it to rest on its side keeping the business end off the shelf or table.

Its perfect, feels great in the hands, is heavy enough and looks good to boot. Enjoy smashing my meat with this... wait.
