Powerstands Racing License Plate Bracket - Black 03-00220-21

The media could not be loaded. Installed on my 2013 Honda CBR600rr. I had to bend the metal wider to get a good fit on my bike. I have a Yoshimura muffler so it fitted around it perfectly. It does not touch the bottom of the muffler (small gap) so the height is good. I installed 2 aftermarket light's on it. I had to fabricate it (bought 2 cheap corner metal brackets from Home Depot for $1, cut it up to the right size with a angle grinder, then drilled holes to get the light screw thru the hole and a hole on this Place Bracket to attach my homemade light brackets). Took some time shopping around, drilling holes, and making other adjustments but i am happy with the results and look.

This is the most inexpensive license plate eliminator on the market for the 600rr that does not look like a nasty squid accessory. With that being said, I'll just list out a few things that you'll probably be interested in. I have a 2006, which is exactly the same as a 2005. Very similar to 03 and 04 but not sure about the exact fitment.Pro:- good quality steel- decent quality paint job- fits onto one of the subframe threads with just minor bendingCons:- the mounting point is directly above the rear axle, which makes the bottom edge of the license plate very close to the top of the rear tire. A very bad design in my opinion. It would be very difficult to bend the plate upwards because of the thickness of the steel

Its a very sturdy plate. The steel is nice and thick so you know it will last a good while. I have an 06 Honda CBR600RR and you will have to mod the plate a bit to get that perfect fit. I wish the plate came with some screws but you cant really complain much since the price for this plate is so affordable. Its a good buy.

I gave this plate bracket 5 stars because it was a good price and the shape i needed to work with my under tail exhaust. I did bend the bracket and drill out the smaller hole so i could mount the bracket in some factory bolt holes in the tail section. The bracket is nice and sturdy feeling.
