We just did an addition to the house which has many French doors. We also bought a whole house fan, which makes quite a terrific breeze. Add in four dogs who love to chew the doorstops, and you have quite a festival of door slamming. These little jobbers are just the ticket. We can put them up on the middle hinge where the dogs can't get them, and they do a great job. excellent value, especially when you consider fact that I don't have to keep buying more because the dogs make them disappear!

The rubber door wedges we have used in the past has ripped of the door veneer making the doors UGLY. This wedge-it product does not do that. It holds the door in place (four different ways) without damaging it. That is a huge plus! I like that it can be used on store fronts and commercial doors. The twelve pack gives bang for buck if you can use all twelve of them. My one slight complaint is that it does not fit over the commercial hinges, as demonstrated< well enough to keep the door fully open.

Our school system purchased these because they were “safer” than using wooden wedges. After 2 months of use, several of these extremely expensive wedges have snapped in half. Not worth the money.
