Just buy from the source
After a year, and when the warranty expired, systems are starting to fail. I now have to restart every couple of hours for the Bluetooth and wifi to work. It's not a software issue from trying different drivers. It's a hardware problem probably from the refurbish. It started happening about 2 months ago and now just sucks.Do yourself a favor and just buy a new one. The money you save will be spent sooner than later fixing it.

Youve been warned.....STAY AWAY!Do yourself a favor and look at the sellers feedback for the last 30 days. 62% negative feedback! (Out of this world electronics) i sent my defective item back AT MY COST. Seller recieved 3 days ago, and has done nothing to refund my 830+ dollars.

Forgot to wipe the computer
Needed the product for an event. Can't setup account as previous owners login credentials are still in place. Thank goodness for prime return.

DOES NOT COME WITH KEYBOARD, MOUSE OR PEN
It doesnt specifically say what is sent. Has pictures with accessories, then says accessories not included. I wasn't sure if the keyboard was an accessory..well I guess it is.. the only thing sent was the surface... JUST BE AWARE.
