I love to use my Abalone shell for saging my home. It’s light, beautiful and functional. The sustainability and efficiency of Ocean Shell is commendable. It’s a wonderful product and would be a nice gift.

I placed my order on a Saturday, and it arrived the following Tuesday. No damage. The shell is beautiful: Swirling colors inside and a pleasant sand-like texture on the outside. The stand is a lovely brown stain color and opens up just right to receive the shell: If you're looking for a heavy-duty stand that can withstand the weight of a person, this isn't it. But it fits the shell and serves its purpose perfectly. This set is a nice addition to a protected stand I have next to my hot tub. The first day I set it in place, several family members and friends noticed it with admiration and envy. I suspect they will be ordering their own soon because the price point is so reasonable.

It looks great and a great size

The literature inside the box said "a gift from the ocean" & that's what this is. My shell & stand arrived in perfect condition, well packaged, I assembled it in 5 seconds & exceeded my expectations. It's perfect. 100% satisfied & will be purchasing from this company again.

I haven't tried burning palo santo in it yet (wanted an abalone shell for heat resistance), but a small issue is the inconsistency on the listing. The shell arrives unpolished, although the seller does supposedly sell polished ones. I don't mind too much—if anything, it helps it stay on the stand. The one I got isn't too vibrant, but I like it, personally. The second issue is that the wood smells godsawful. I don't know what it's made of but it leaves red stains on everything and smells bad. The stand is a bit wobbly, but if you adjust it properly, it holds up just fine. I would love to know what that wood is, though...

The shell is a good size. Just over 6"X5". Undamaged. Clean inside. But I thought it might have been used because it looked like caked asses at the bottom. The stand in general is prone to collapsing if one isn't careful. I would not feel comfortable leaving smoking smudge on this stand unattended. Not a reflection on the product. Good value.

Been wanting one & love this!

I needed an abalone shell to help smudge my apartment. Most of the shells I saw were too small or too expensive. I finally found one the right size and the right price. It is perfect. The inside looks like it was polished, the outside wasn't. I like the little wooden stand that came with it. Sunday I am going to try it out. I need to smudge my front door and the 18 steps that lead up to it. I have been feeling negative energy.

Tripod stand paint leaks over time and has left orange stains my office table (stains wont come off)
