I prefer to take my vitamins in the morning, but I don’t always eat breakfast until early afternoon. Based on my personal research, and my physician's recommendation, everyone needs Vitamin D3, which packs multiple health benefits like uplift in mood, but it needs to be paired with Vitamin K2 to work as intended. These contain both ingredients and I love these because they pack 5,000mg into quite a small capsule, which is great when you're taking multiple supplements, and they're a gel cap, so they go down easy as well. I have not had any stomach upset and my strength and energy level are definitely improved. I absolutely notice if I forget to take it. Also, they last for 300 days, so they're a great value.
