Q: What size film negatives fit the holders?

it fits 35mm film and 35mm slides. I have only used it for 35mm and it works very well. it also allows you to use the thumbnail function on the epson scan software that literally saves hours of time. for 120 film you don't need a holder I think.

Q: Will this work with an Epson WF-4820 scanner?

I use mine on an Epson V600 to replace a holder from an older Epson scanner. In other words the same holder fit two different Epson photo scanners so I suspect yes.

Q: I see they sell the support for several types of negatives, I only require the 135 mm one, I don't know if you sell it alone without the others.?

Q: I have the version vp 600 scanner. i ordered these for backup but the scanner will not recognize them. any suggestions?

I have a v500 and it took me a while to figure out I was putting the holder in backwards.
