I'm not certain the exact measurements, but it's the same size as normal lunch bags except for the depth. Its a little shallow

Well, this just the insulated cover for your bento box. It really depends on which bento box you buy in regards to the "food pouring"

Is this big enough for the Bentgo box and a juice box or small bottled water?

In our carrying case we put in the Bento box, a juice pouch, cloth napkin. Doubt a small water bottle will fit. Never tried a juice box.
