It's good product till now it's working well

Very good. I already had one but when more people are there we need one more. The last one I have been using for more than 10 years on a regular basis and it is still going strong.

One of the best buy of mine. Produces really good coffee. Will last long if maintained well. Please handle it accordingly and you'll have great coffee everytime. Cleaning and maintenance is easy. Price was reasonable.

I am dividing my review into 2 parts : 1) Review on Seller 2) Review on Product 1) Review on Seller 3D creations: Firstly big thumps up to the seller for the packing. Packed really well. I had previously requested a replacement since I hadn't received spares. However, the seller 3D Creations immediately approved a replacement and provided me spares with my replacement. He also sent an apology letter saying spares hadn't been sent due to non-availability during tht time. Infact,when I later checked the item catalog/description mentioned on Amazon; no where it was mentioned that spares would be provided free of cost with the moka pot. Inspite of that this seller provided replacement with spares. He doesn't need to provide customers with spares for free, he can sell them separately. This gesture ( i.e.providing replacement and writing an apology letter; even though he didn't have to; since it was not his mistake ) really melted my soul. I am actually feeling guilty for not reading the item description properly and for asking a replacement and writing a negative review before. I Must say without a doubt; this seller is one of the best sellers I have come accross whether it's on e-commerce platform or in retail. A big Thank You from my side!! 10 stars out of 5 to the seller for customer satisfaction. 2) Review on Product: Firstly before you use this moka pot, I would suggest seeing YouTube videos on how it is used. Please do not go by any of the negative reviews mentioning that "product quality is not good" or "handle melted" or "not working". All those are inappropriate reviews. Regarding bad quantity reviews, I must say quality is very similar to the quality provided by other moka pots costing 4k-6k. So, this moka pot is certainly worth for the price. Regarding handle melting reviews, it has happened due to negligence from user or for not following exact process. As you can see from the pictures I have made coffee using this pot and throughout the brewing process I kept touching the handle to check if handle has got hot; and I must say tht the handle didn't get warm at all. So there is no chance of handle melting. Best Tips to use this Mokapot : a) For Perfect brewing, Ensure the grind of coffee you are using is - medium fine ground coffee. (Grind coffee beans yourself, do not use coffee with is having chikori mix and lastly don't even think of using Nescafe or any of the other instant coffee's ) b) Do not fill the base with cold water or Luke warm water, use boiling hot water instead. c) Keep the moka pot on the smallest burner on your stove and ensure that the flame is much smaller than the diameter of the base of the moka pot. d) Do not leave the moka pot on the flame unattended, keep checking if brew is complete and accordingly turn off the burner. Brewing process usually takes between 4-7 minutes using this moka pot. [When brewing is complete you will get a bubling/gurgling noise from the spurt (top part of the moka pot). Turn off burner once this happens. ] { Following above Tips b) , c) , d) will eliminate any chances of melting the handle and will also give a perfect brew; because overheating will burn the coffee } Go ahead and buy this Mokapot if you are a coffee lover!! My guarantee you will not regret. Cheers!!

Got my pot yesterday and my feedback - Pros: - Delicious coffee with the aroma intact - Quick and convenient to use Cons: - Flimsy, which makes durability a concern. Mind you, it's flimsier than one can imagine - It's a 3-cup pot - but the decoction is barely good for a cup; may not be the ideal choice for black coffee/ strong filter coffee drinkers - Cleaning is a challenge, especially the filter in the top pot, which is not detachable. Circles back to the questionable durability There you have it. I've decided to use this poorly constructed pot for as long as it lasts and then shift to an Italian brand or at least a known brand. Okay to start experimenting with a percolator - for first timers.

Cheapest copy that you can make of a an original Mika pot . It’s like a toy and ultra poor and light sheet of aluminium is used . I have given one star because it’s actually working 😂 quality wise it’s trash.

Very easy to use. Finishing is okay. Made my first cup of coffee with this beauty. This mechanism has brought out the inner aroma of coffee like never before. (For a side note, I always use my kitchen grinder for crashing coffeee beans. It doesn't actually require a dedicated coffee grinder.) The whole procedure of coffee making took no more than 5 minutes. And it produced the best cup of coffee ever. I am very satisfied with the quality and function of the item. Seller has also sent a spare set of handel, filter, sheive, and silicon band. 😀😀

Great product—highly recommended for those who enjoy 2 cups of black coffee. Brews quickly in just 2–3 minutes. However, a very slight amount of coffee dust may collect in the cup
