Haloview B-F02 Backup Camera Bracket Adapter Compatible with Pre-Wired RVs for Haloview MC5111/CA109 Camera

I had bought a different brand of camera (not furion) but bought a camper with a furion prewire kit on it. I bought this adapter to be able to mount it on the camper. To be able to make it work my husband had to enlarge the slots in the middle to be able to attach the bracket to the camera. That was a simple fix and once that was done everything just bolted together with no problems. I needed the wire adapter and it just plugged right in and didn't have to make any changes to the wiring. It was a great product and worked great with a bit of modification that was easily done.

I used it to mount a rear-view camera and the power adapter worked to power the camera/Wi-Fi transmitter. Worked exactly as I wanted, fitting the Furrion mount perfectly.

It's holes didn't quite fit the piece on our camper, it took a bit of adjustment and longer, wider screws but my husband was able to make it work.

The Haloview B-F02 backup camera bracket adapter is compatible with the Furrion mount that came on the trailer. I screwed the B-F02 adapter to the back of the camera and removed the cover plate on the Furrion mount, I could tuck the wires and connections into the Furrion mount, screw the camera in place and have a quick neat installation. All wire connections fit together well. I did place a piece of black tape over the antenna hole at the top of the Furrion mount because the Haloview camera's antenna comes out on the opposite side. I have removed the camera for winter and replaced the Furrion cover on the mount. Well worth the money and easy to install.

Worked as described. No problems with this kit. It would have helped installation if the camera cable was shorter.

I was told this kit would work for my camera’s change from furrion pre mounted system. Not even close. Backing plate holes didn’t line up or couldn’t even be modified to work. The cable adapter was not anyway able to plug in. All in all had to throw the whole kit in the garbage. The service was good just not the right thing.

I just installed a Haloview wireless camera using this adaptor. I would have given it a 5, but the mounting screws are too short or not there at all and it leaves an opening on the Furrion mount where the Furrion camera's antenna would exit the Furrion mount. The bottom line is that you don't have to have this adaptor because the Haloview kit comes with everything needed to mount the camera on the outside of the trailer and you can drill a hole thru the Furrion mount for the wires to reach. This thing just makes it look more professional.I would caution that the scews that both Furion and Haloview provide are tiny. I also found that the screws were over tightened on Furrrion adaptor Grand Design installed on my trailer, so the screw holes were crushed and cracked (yet another example of how poor RV workmanship is). So I applied black exterior caulk to all the screws and seams to ensure it was sealed. I left a small opening at the bottom assuming that eventually water would enter and have to drain, and I'd prefer it to drain ouside.
