Fun, Laughs, and a Great Workout (And the Kinect Works!)
First, I have to admit that I almost brought a Wii instead of an xbox just to play this game, but when I learned "Just Dance 3" was coming out on xbox kinect, I, of course, went with the system that was hands free.Just turning on this game made me smile. It's colorful and fun.1) You can preveiw the moves to each song just by scrolling through the song list.2) I love the lack of competitiveness. Just Dance 3 is a game that you can just stand up and have a good time to. Yes, you do score points, but the fun graphics, lack of "trash" talking characters, and the game's ablity to just be silly allows you to be silly, too. Of course, there is also more challenging coreo for those who prefer. If I could make one request, it would be for the makers of this game to have the dances/songs of the earlier additions available for download for the xbox. But, that is thinking ahead. I'm sure I have months ahead of laughing and dancing through the songs on this disc.***UPDATES***I totally under-rated this game! Can I give it another star? Many of you want to know how the kinect works. The answer is "perfectly".1) As a single player, the kinect reads your whole body. (Unless you choose the "easy" selection. At which point the game only scores the upper half of your body.)2) For multi-players (some songs have coreo for up to 4 players), there are lines on the screen representing advatars. You stand between the line of the player you want to be. Here, it's give or take. The kinect manages to see all players very well. However, the space it allows between each player is minimal, so you have to be careful not to step on each other's toes. Still, we're so busy laughing it doesn't matter. Just be aware of space restrictions. There are some coreo that allows staggered positions, so four people have more room. And each player is able to select whether they want to be scored on "easy" or "medium".3) Before you start any dance, kinect will show you how much of you it can see to make sure you're in the correct space. The only draw back is that it's hard to use "kinect hand commands" only to select the songs when there are a lot of people around in party or multi dancers senarios. This is because any movement a person makes, the kinect is ready to read it as a command. However! The controller can be used to make all selection, over-ridding "kinect hand commands".And again, Just Dance 3 is the easiest, most-fun-you-can-have dancing game for a mixed crowd. Friends I thought would run from any sort of dancing game would not sit down with this one!

Great Game, Good Price, Great for parties
First impressionWhen I first played this game looking at the song list I was disappointed because it was songs I didnt knew at all.Present ImpressionAfter trying half of the song list I found myself THRILLED in the game all the songs are unique in a special way and give you and friends alot of choices and fun!SongsThis game does not have the latest hits but that doesn't mean its bad. With a spicy mix of international songs with 80's pop & rock makes it fun and filled with excitement"Take on Me","No Limit", "Dont feel like dancing" are pretty rockin 80's/90's songs okay so try out the list before you refund!!!Modes: SpecialsYou have to unlock the special mashups & Bonus songs by earning a certain amount of Mojo which refers to the stars that you earn on every song/dance. They have an interesting Dance for mashups which they take some Just Dance 1 & 2 dances and remix them with the original and 4 others. The bonus songs are very interesting like the Jamaican Dance, Hungarian Dance No.5 & more they are mysterious. Also by unlocking the Medleys it is a remix of either 5 or 4 or more songs that switch every time they get to the chorus or going back to the original dance moves. There is solo medley which involves 1 person coach dancing and 5 other songs, Also there is Crew medley which involves 4 players and 5 other songs.Modes: Just Createthere 3 extensions to the just create you can have a dance battle with the coach by following there moves then coming up with your own. Freestyle were you can come up with your own routine dance. and Coach me when you have the coach next to you and trying to match their body positions in movement.OVERALL!Overall its a great game to get with a unique variety of songs from 80's to recent. Multiple modes and settings to help set you and how you want it to be!If you like sticking with the latest music go for "Dance Central 2" if you like having fun with up to 4 players & a different variety of music go for "Just Dance 3"Thanks for reading my review

Fun to the max!
I love this version. I got hooked on Just Dance several years ago when visiting my brother and my niece showed me just how professional she is with the Apache song on this disk. So when I dusted of my Xbox 360 recently and bought a Kinect for it, I had to get this disk. I absolutely love it. It's got MANY songs that I love and I'm learning to dance to all of them. And, for me, it basically becomes a fun way to get a little aerobics in there too dancing several songs back to back. Works great. Teaches you great. Lots of great songs to dance to. It's a keeper!

Great Game
I have Just Dance the first one for my Wii console and I've had some friends over to play and it feels like they can cheat too easily. The Wii doesnt require you to move your feet. As long as your hand is doing the correct motions your going to score. Just Dance on the Kinect is awesome because you have to mirror the image and it's less likely you will cheat. The one thing that's a negative for my house is that my neices love to play and even when it's on 1 player they still want to dance too. If anyone else is close to being in the camera it throws off your score because it can't recognize the player correctly. Overall it's still very fun and has a good range of music to choose from. I believe you can download more songs too but I just havent used that function yet. The price on Amazon is extremelly good as I believe it is at least twice that in the stores. (I paid $20 on Amazon)
