Liquitex Professional High Gloss Varnish, 118ml (4-oz)

Dries firm and flexible. I like using it over mod podge projects, because, despite what Mod Podge claims, imo Mod Podge is not a sealer but a glue, full stop. Proper sealers shouldn't be sticky, and they should be at least a little bit water resistant. Liquitex glossy gives a non-stick, sort of water resistant surface (water droplets bead on the surface if you accidentally spill a little water, giving you enough time to wipe it off), and it gives a high gloss. The small container goes a very long way. And it is very durable, I decorated two bullet journals. And they held up quite well, especially after spending time in my backpack, which are fairly extreme conditions for any sort of book.The only downside is it has a chemically smell. It does go away eventually with enough air.

I am an artist that uses this product on a regular basis. It is non-yellowing, covers evenly, and dries quickly with no odor. I especially like the fact that it has no odor! As such, I can seal all my acrylic artwork inside my home as well as the studio. Works well on various mediums. I prefer the gloss as it brings out the color of my acrylics and gives my work a professional and polished look.

It applied very easily but I needed to use 5-6 coats for my project. Reasonable price but I should’ve probably ordered 2. Dries to a shiny smooth finish.
