Good Book
If you haven't read Daniel Goldman's original book. I recommend you get that book. However, this is a very helpful easy to read book that goes more inept off of core concepts of Emotional Intelligence.

Smaller than expected
Wasn’t expecting this book to be so small in size. Information and print in it was good. No issue with the book just extremely small in size.

Honestly nothing in the book is new information. You might as-well google the tips.
