Pairs easily with Garmin Sport Pro remote system. These are my favorite training collars by far!
Garmin PT10 collar pairs easily with Garmin Sport Pro multi-collar remote, I found a Youtube video and it took less than a minute to pair. I may even make my own video, it was so easy. These training collars are IT! Battery life is outstanding, I charge them about once a week or every few days and it takes about an hour or so to charge. Out of the box, the collar fits many sizes of dog, they even come with a second set of additional longer prongs if your dog has a thicker coat. They are waterproof, have a light feature as well as "bark limiter" barking correction feature that can be turned on- the entire system is easy to use and easy to train. You can train your dog with a "beep" tone, vibration, or shock on a level 1-9. The remote can also be 'locked' as to not provide accidental commands, as well as an auxiliary mode to turn on the light or bark limiter. The Garmin PT10 collar/ Sport Pro system is a great choice for functional training and lasts for years; I have had this one for 3 years and counting- I've used it several days in a row, forgotten to turn it off, and finally charged it after a week or so. It has been swimming, in the mud, at the barn, and lived in the floorboard of my car in Florida for days at a time when not in use. With this durability and at this price point, I can afford to pair all three of my dogs' collars to my single Sport Pro remote and have great response from them all for on or off leash training. The PT 10 training collar is a great choice.I personally use the 'beep' tone function to recall, and tell my dog when they give me the response we are looking for. The vibrate feature is hit or miss- my young Labs don't seem to notice it at all so we use the shock on a low setting as a warning with verbal command, and use a higher shock setting for correction, which is generally followed by the command and performance of the desired behavior followed by a 'beep' tone as well as a treat for the learning moment.Having three of these collars in different colors is a great help since you want to make sure you are putting the right collar on each dog and having their collar reflect who gets what type of function as needed.

OMG it WORKS!
Honestly, I was a little skeptical about this and figured I'd be returning it. I've bought countless other collars off of here and none of them seemingly worked. The first day I put it on him, I apparently didn't even have it on and I noticed he wasn't even barking as much as he normally did. Found that odd after I realized it wasn't really even on. Yesterday I had it on properly and noticed once he started barking, he would stop pretty quickly. It registered 14 triggers.Today, I couldn't find a single instance of him barking at all while I was at work. My little one was, but while she was going off, he was just chilling on the couch. I text my neighbor and ask if I was missing something because I couldn't find a single instance of him barking on my camera footage. He hadn't realized it until I mentioned it, but stated he only heard him do it a handful of times and that was it. And he was in and out all afternoon moving stuff in/out of his storage. I get home and it only registered him bark FOUR times! That's on DAY 2!I can't recommend this thing enough! Well worth the money, even if I have to keep it on him every time I leave the house! Considering buying another one for my little dog, but the price and the fact that it'd be half the size of her head, I just dunno. Plus she typically only starts up when he does. We shall see.

Misleading
I was going to give this an 1. The sales rep was extremely nice. This add is extremely misleading. They don't tell you . You have to spend another $600 on the charger. So $160 for the collar plus covering up the $600 you need for the charger. Again I wanted to give a 1. But the sales rep was extremely nice. I would definitely not buy. Ad doesn't say you have to pay an extra $600. If you buy a car you would assume you get 4 tires with the car. If you buy cereal I would assume you would buy milk.

Great Training and airing collar
I've had various electric collars over the years. Some brands do one thing we'll. The Garmin 550 is so versatile. I can walk three dogs and control each one separately as needed. The simple color coded three position switch allows you to address one of three dogs. If a dog is wandering a bit further away than I want, I simply select their collar color on the transmitter and press the tone button. That usually brings them running back to me. If I need to give a dog a bigger reason to return, I can give an electrical stimulation. I seldom need to use a shock. But be aware using an electrical shock needs to preceded by collar conditioning so that shocking is properly interpreted by the dog. There are videos on the subject of collar conditioning.
