Excellent machine. Well built. After the first week, I saw improvement in my lower body. The redness in my legs is beginning to fade. My abs are beginning to firm. I feel invigorated after a ten minute session. I believe this machine is going to save me from having to use a wheelchair. The display panel is excellent. There are attachments for holding a drink and your cell phone. The only unfavorable feature is the location of the on/off switch. I am 81 years old and it is difficult for me to bend to push the switch.

I am 74 years old. I bought this model because of the handrails. I have tried others without the handrails and had a feeling every once in a while, as though I was losing my balance. This is just my experience you may not have a balance issue. The handrails have eliminated that problem. Very quiet machine. The control panel is up at a height that is very comfortable to view and control. Well put together. I am very happy with my purchase so far.

Absolutely love this machine. Saw a similar machine at our State Fair for $2,500. This does the same thing. Assembly took about 40 minutes. It was missing a screw for the control panel but a trip to Lowes fixed that. I use 20 minutes prior to my normal workout. Feel much looser & can feel the effects especially in my calves. My wife feels it in her core. Highly recommend for the quality & price.

So far so good! Great exercise routine on Lifepro Rhythm Vibration plate with support handles for us seniors who have knee issues and can’t handle walking exercises. Also wakes up the muscles my husband and I don’t normally use. Highly recommend.

For an at home option this one for exceeds the others. Easy assembly, easy to get the warranty, easy to operate and fully functional. Good presets and manual is the default. Extras are nice. The phone holder just does not fit though. And the mat sent could be thicker. Otherwise no reason not to give 5 stars.

I was using the Rhythm at my local physical therapy but can only go in once a week because they are so far away. I am using this machine as well as other therapies to reverse neuropathy in my left leg. I am an amputee on the right and after having a hip replacement several years ago I was left with neuropathy in my left leg which has been progressively getting worse. I love the vibration plate helps stimulate blood flow but it also helps with balance, core strength and metabolism. It helps loosen my back when I use it and I feel great afterwards. I am thrilled I was able to get this equipment at home so I can use it daily. I like it has handles in case I need them but the way it’s built is very versatile. It was very easy to put together and easy to operate.

fantastic machine. One of the best things I ever purchased to help with my health issues. So enervating, feels so good to use. The results are almost immediate too. I had some lymphatic drainage issues and they are much improved. Muscles in legs and hips are much firmer and stronger.
