Great laptop
The negatives first, the storage capacity of 64GB is poor, so have to use and SD card, for more. But it does say that in the description.i've done test against a Chromebook, which are supposed to be lightning quick, this is 6 secs slower, from boot up, to be in use, so quite quick. it's a great all rounder, i've had mine for about 3 yrs, never had an problem and it's beautiful and light. Of course you can always get a lemon, but this has being a really good buy for me.

Streamline - good purchase
pleased with my purchase. lightweight, use to set up. Like the keyboard keys, nice and smooth for typing.Battery life is not what I was hoping for but charges up fairly fast. Would recommend.

Perfect for work and portability
It is fast in booting up, programs and apps download and install very quickly, the screen is very good and touch responsive. It is much better than my old Samsung pad in all respects except the speakers which are worse then my mobile Honor phone. This doesn't worry me as I don't intend to play music. I can recommend this pad to anyone wanting a travel mobile computer.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! NO PERSONAL OFFICE 365 WITH THIS LAPTOP
I bought this for my son for use while at college. (As I didn’t want him taking his £800 laptop) & this was an excellent cheaper option.. especially as it included 1 year personal MS Office 365 in the purchase price. THIS IS NOT THE CASE.Having spoken to Amazon about this they referred me to HP .. I have then spoken to HP & they’ve referred me to Amazon. Now all Amazon have done is offered a replacement or refund. I ordered a replacement in the hope that there may be a code somewhere in the packaging but surprise surprise ‘No Code’.. I have now got to return 1 laptop & pay another £52 for a yearly licence as my son needs it to do his college assignments while at college..

OK basic laptop for occasional low demand use
For a cheap computer I guess it's OK but the necessary compromises on quality and performance are inevitably frustrating. Basic office software and web browsing is fine but predictably slow (occasionally there's some lag time when using MS Word). Music and video playback sometimes freezes. I wouldn't travel with it as the shell feels like a thin, flimsy plastic. As a back up for occasional use this is OK and using an SD card or the cloud for storage means it has its (limited) uses.
