Excellent resources for Gate, ESE & university syllabus
"Thermodynamics: An Engineering Approach" by Cengel and Boles is a comprehensive and well-structured book. It simplifies complex concepts with clear explanations, practical examples, and plenty of practice problems. A great choice for students, especially those preparing for competitive exams like UPSC ESE, Gate and University going students. (Cengel + pk nag) . Best combo

Good but there is an issue
Well organized and precise. But there is one problem with this book. Forget about the solutions, you can't even find the answers to the exercise questions. In the official website, solutions are available only for instructors. Most of the third party sites which contain the solutions will ask for money. The solution manual for the international version has a different set of questions, and only a few questions from this Indian version are available there. I don't understand the point of not providing the answers to the exercises. How can we check the answers after working out?
