Surprisingly good!!!! I thought it will take few days for any such product to show benefits but I am already feeling improved energy levels. This is very easy to digest. Getting calcium via diet most likely depends on milk and I’m lactose intolerant.This product is excellent if you are looking for Natural alternate product that can meet Daily calcium needs. I take 1/4 tsp every day with curd on empty stomach and it does wonders with my energy level and bone health.

But slow result for bones i hv pain again in bones when powder is off
