My mom is 59 years old, I have bought this collagen for her. Helps to improve skin, which becomes more elastic and looks younger. Really cheap and effective. Good ingredients. Easy to swallowing.My momMentioned even to know if the effect is really good, they are not very suitable for her stomach. She feels sick sometimes.

It's good for the gut too!
I bought this supplement after reading the positiveskin reviews. I wanted to replace a more expensive product I was using previously. I cannot say how effective this has been on my skin because I am using a number of products.I have lactose intolerance- I get bloating and wind. I also get these symptoms when I eat a dried fruit snack which I am always tempted to eat becauseit taste so good. After taking this product for a few days, I ate the dried fruit and did not experience any abdominal discomfort. Initially, I couldn't tell why. I checked what had changed and the only thing I could think of was that I had started taking this supplement. I went on to try taking regular milk instead of lactose free and I was amazed that l had no tummy issues. My lactose intolerance may not be as severe as other people's but this is working for me. So I make sure I take them daily more for my gut than my skin. FANTASTIC!!!

Surprised by changes in skin
Bought this to help with my joints, and haven't been using long enough to state whether there is any difference, but one side effect I've noticed is in my skin, which looks plumped up and healthy. I've also noticed my eyes aren't as dry as they were. I use eye drops day and night because of a medical condition, and I've relied on them less a couple of weeks into taking this. The capsules are huge though, struggled with getting them down. They don't taste great, but it doesn't linger.

Amazing!
I've been using this for about 6 months or more now. Nail wise it wasn't working. I started taking 2 a day rather than the recommended 1 day and for the first time in about 8 years my nails no longer break. They are also very smooth on the nail
