I don’t think they work at all

This worked great for our cat

Unfortunately, this collar did not work well for my cats. Both of my cats lost fur around their necks while wearing it and were clearly uncomfortable the entire time. Their skin became irritated, and they ended up with blisters and sores that even bled in some spots. I had to remove the collars immediately and treat their skin. I would not recommend this product, especially for cats with sensitive skin.

Whenever those pesky fleas come into our house this is a great line of attack. Super easy to apply and seems to work well. We have had a few rounds of fleas but being on this monthly it has helped! Less fleas, less itchys, happy pets.

Works better then the name brand collars

UPDATE It does not work immediately, but over time (7- 10 days, at least) has helped to control fleas. In conjunction with staying vigilant - washing bedding, vacuuming, use household spray on sleeping areas, etc. I would probably buy this again. And am thinking of using on my two dogs instead of the shoulder drops. I put this on my 8 month old indoor only cat. I read comments that it worked instantly, no more fleas and I thought, GREAT, that's what we need. Put it on.... Next day, I saw fleas on my cat's face!!! The fur on his face is white and it's very easy to see the fleas. I've given him baths, used peppermint spray on him, I've washed bedding, rugs,etc, vacuumed, sprayed, sprinkled diamtomaceous earth, even the shoulder drops --- to the point I worry I'm poisoning my little cat while fleas are flourishing!
