CQ Step 3, 7 mg, 14 Clear Patches.

This is the third time I’ve tried these patches. FINALLY I figured out what I was doing wrong! Until this time I could not make it past step 2. This time though I went by the directions to the letter. I cleaned out every room in the house and patio. No cigarettes no more ash trays and no more lighters. Then I searched every inch of the car! In the past I always kept an emergency pack with a lighter in the glove department. I would start with just one or two drags. But within a couple days the pack was gone and I would find myself driving to the store for another pack but come home with a carton. This time I made it through all 3 steps and my first patch free month with not even one cheat! I’m so happy and more determined than ever to never smoke again! Finally I have given myself a chance at a smoke free future, and I’m going to fight like crazy to stay that way! Every time I have an urge I reach for a cinnamon or peppermint hard candy or a piece of gum. It can be achieved and guess what you can do it if you want it!

I bought it for my son, he was smoking for over 20 years. One day he asked me to buy patches to help him quit smoking. It took him 4 boxes. 2 boxes of the number 1, at this time he was still smoking but less and less each day, then one box of number 2 , by this time he already stopped smoky but the desired of smoking was still there, so he used one box of number 3. I was able to kick the habit with these patches. The only complaint is they are smaller than I remember them being. Only needed a few and then smoking was a thing of the past. I have some remaining if ever need them in the future. Mind over matter and will power. Finally smoke free

This product does not stick to your skin! You will have to use a Band-Aid to hold it on. To get an idea of how well it sticks, cut a piece the size of this product out of any computer printer paper. Put this piece of computer paper anywhere you want on your body and hold it for the same amount of time the NicoDerm instruction tells you to hold the patch. Release the piece of paper and stand up or move whatever part of your body you have put it on and see how long it stays. That’s how well this product sticks. Not. At. All.
