It this costume one size fit all

It’s one size fits most, I’m size 18 ladies blouse and it fits me just right. I’d say if you wear size 20 and above it would be tight or too small.

I did not buy that headband. Bought headband that looks lik scarecrow hat with a mini raven on it. My suggestion make it.
