What could go wrong with a broiler pan?

Good, solid pan
I don’t broil often, but I’m always happy with the results when using this pan. It’s plenty big and cleans up well. Anything that gets burnt on can be addressed with a good soak and some steel wool. Way back when, manufacturers used to provide a pan like this when you purchased a stove. The quality of this pan is like those. For the young ones out there, be careful! It’s stamped metal and the edges can be sharp. Ever gotten a paper cut? If paper can be sharp enough to slice your fingers, just imagine what can happen if you don’t pay attention when handling a sheet of metal.

Works great
We are in the process of moving and I could not for the life of me find our broiler. We looked at the big box stores locally as well as every thrift shop we ran across to replace it with no luck. Glad to have it and we have put it to good use ever since we received it.

Awesome
I’ve never used this before. Watch some videos on YouTube so I decided to order one , yesterday I cooked some ribeye steaks for me and my son. By following the instructions on YouTube, my ribeye steaks came out perfect . Was very easy clean, looking forward to using it again.
