The product works to descale, BUT I feel it important for people to know that despite following instructions for the K-Supreme Plus that I own, there is a slight but possible situation of the machine fuse turning off your coffee maker if it overheats (since you’re literally running it over and over again for about 30 minutes to clean it). If you think, as I did, that the possibility is low, just expect that it could happen, like it did for me. If it does, you will have to take the machine apart to get to the fuse, insert a paper clip to switch the fuse back on for the coffee machine to turn back on. I got this machine for my elderly mother, and without me she would’ve had trouble fixing this on her own. Just an FYI. I feel like these products need a warning that this is possible. It seems to happen often enough that there are a ton of YouTube videos on how to fix it. One commentator mentioned it happens because you didn’t position the water reservoir on correctly. For me, i noticed that at the end of the descaling process, instead of turning off or giving me a refill water notice, it kept trying to suck with no water, overheating the heating element, causing the fuse to switch. If anything, don’t expect the machine to know when the water is empty, keep filling it even if it’s at the end of the process, just keep refilling until the descaling process stops completely which normally shuts off the machine. The descaling button turned off after cleaning bcuz I was able to disable. I do notice working like new again. Directions a bit complicated but had to youtube n worked great

This is a great way to keep your coffee free of extra particles that cling to the inside of your brewer that flow into your cup of coffee. Our coffee tastes so fresh after we use this Keurig descaling solution. I have tried using just white vinegar instead, but it never turns out great. Using this is just faster and easier and you create a great cup of coffee in the process

It even cleaned my stainless steel cup after using 1pod, three times! Excellent job!

Not an easy cleaning kit. Product quality so so. Size regular. Leakage not yet. Speed slow. Longevity short. Effectiveness not much.

I love this product. One bottle of the liquid cleaner cleans all the gunk out of the tank and the lines in the keurig machine out and then you rinse it out. Then you change the filter in the filter holder and thrn you use the cup fur needle cleaning and it gets out all the build up gunk and old coffee out of the needle that pierces the k cups of coffee that you use for making your coffee. This is another one of keurigs great products fir keeping your keurig machine clean and prestine. The liquid cleaner doesn't leave any residue in your tank or inside your machine and the charcoal filter you put inside your keurig machines water tank on the filter holder cleans your water while it runs through the machine and heats up for making your coffee. This is a must have to keep your keurig machine clean and running smoothly.
