Our last one like this finally got too grody after twenty years of use. This is perfect, the moist heat really does help. Just be careful not to overheat because it can get really hot. Holds the heat for a good therapeutic while.

This wrap when heated is so helpful for pain relief

Great product. Put it on first thing in the morning to get things heated up in low back. Use it every day and it lasts years if you dont over heat it. Worth the money

Overall I am happy with this product. It heats up and the size of the heated area is good. I gave 3 stars because it does not stay hot for long enough. I use this a couple of times a week for an hour each time within that period of time I have to reheat it 3-4 times. I think the product would also be better if the ties were long enough to tie at the front. I brought this product to cover my midsection/abdomen and still be able to do things around the house if I wanted to but the ties are not secure enough tied at the back and the heating pad kind of hangs a bit away from my body defeating the purpose I need it for. Also tying at the back can be uncomfortable if you are sitting in a chair. I do tie it around the front but I am petite and can only barely place a knot, however it is a little more secure that way.

Best option I have owned. Love the straps.

I love this. Easy to use and retains heat. The size is perfect to wrap around neck or waist. I also like how it lays well on shoulders for shoulder pain.

Used this rather regularly after an arm surgery. fabric tore today (little beads fell out, after about 11 months hard use. Will buy another, because it was helpful, but wish it lasted longer
