Been using for two weeks and have had a significant reduction in nausea, bowel discomfort, bloating and gas. I highly recommend the product for those who DO NOT have a gallbladder or SOD, that reduces the amount of bile flowing into the small intestine. I did not find that it gave me and heartburn or any negative side effects. I took the one capsule in the morning, and it worked well through lunchtime. I started taking a second cap before dinner and I almost feel normal again. I highly recommend.

Good price for product-and working well for me. I have previously purchased a much pricier option, but it had other several other digestive enzymes I didn’t really need. All I need is the bile component due to having no gallbladder. This has worked great for me-no more episodes thus far of severe cramping and diarrhea after eating (which previously I would get often). I take two pills before I eat foods high in fat (Burgers), grease (fries), heavy cream sauces etc. Company is reputable too.

Upset my stomach

Having had my gallbladder removed 25 years ago, I have avoided almost all "fatty foods" for years. However, to improve my health, and fight Alzheimer's Disease, I changed to an extremely low carb, no added sugar, no processed food, diet (and exercise program) . This necessitated adding healthy fats (and coconut & MCT oil) to my diet. The monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats caused bloating and mild indigestion. The coconut and MCT oils made me very ill, with terrible diarrhea. I stopped taking the oils for awhile. Then, initially I started taking the 500 mg dose of ox bile. Well, apparently my body could not absorb all of the bile acids, and I developed uncontrolled watery diarrhea. After waiting several days, I tried this 125mg dose of ox bile. It worked perfectly. No more bloating, indigestion, or diarrhea. Occasionally, I take a second dose of this 125mg ox bile, if I think I might be ingesting a little more healthy fat than usual. It works really well, without any unpleasant side effects. Pretty soon, I will re-start the coconut/MCT oil at a lower dose. Let's hope all goes well.

These capsules were easy to swallow and they sure seemed to help with digestive issues. Will be purchasing these again
