Can i travel by airplane as a hand luggage?

The airport will take it from it and put it with the fragile items. From my experience, it was too big to be a carry one luggage.

Some people have reported zippers breaking in reviews, does anyone recommend this bag? Does it arrive clean?

Our bag arrived clean and in good order. We have used it 4 times for car travel. At this time none of the zippers have broken. We have not transported a monitor in it.

would a razer 011 dynamic atx mid tower case fit in this? the dimensions seem to be off by a little i wasnt too sure though?

Yes I'm pretty sure it would fit, I have a Phanteks Eclipse Steel ATX Mid Tower and it's just a bit smaller in all dimensions except in height, 200 mm x 450 mm x 400 mm, and I still have quite a bit of extra room, like I could fit a 3 thick gaming laptops next to it and it could still have wiggle room.

8 months in with frequent use and this thing is still great!

8 month check in and the bag is doing great! I bought this for my micro ATX LAN rig and have frequently been transporting it to different friends' houses without issue! It perfect fits a 24 inch monitor I place in the front pouch with the original foam wrapped around it along with headset, speakers, mousepad, mouse, keyboard, and more!The bag is sturdy and gets heavy with the monitor in there. You just have to hold it like you would a heavy kettle bell as you traverse staircases and hallways!Love this bag!

Way to pack a tower for road trip

Son needed to pack up his tower PC to travel. This bag was the exact thing needed to safely pack and carry his system via car. It is large and fit his tower. Could hold a smaller monitor. Easily fit his accessories. Has padded compartments, water resistant, outer zipper pocket.
