I thought I had bought what I usually get, which is the 60 day supply and hard capsules. Imagine my delight when I saw these are 250 soft gels! I really saved by buying two bottles at a very reasonable price. Mind you, I thought I was only getting 120 capsules.As most American's, I have Vitamin D deficiency. So these are right up my alley plus I love the fact they have Coconut Oil in them. And I only have to take one a day! Now you just can't beat that. I take one, with my Calcium Citrate with Magnesium, also from Swanson, my Tart Cherry and one garlic capsule before bed. I have less leg cramps when I do all of them.To top it all off, they are made by Swanson.
