How do you remove one serving without disturbing the remaining servings?

Thank you for your question. You are able to twist side-to-side similar to an ice cube tray and remove the number of pods you'd like to use. You can also use a nylon spreader or butter knife to gently pop out a pod but be careful doing this with a knife as you don't want to accidently cut the product or yourself.

Is the bottom microwavable?

Not sure about Microwaving. I pop mine out and store in freezer plastic bag, so can reuse them. Then put in a bowl or plate to microwave.

What kind of pen is used to write what you are storing in them and can you wipe the writing off so you can write whatever you store the next time?

I don’t suggest writing on these. I would say you could freeze your product then remove from mold and store in a freezer bag and label that
