Sleek and Shiny
This brush deserves 10 stars! First it's sleek design resembles the Mason Pearson brush also it's functionality I'd top tier. This brush gives me the best shine and best slick backs. It's easy to clean and the quality is great

THIS IS THE BRUSH YOU WANT. NOT AN AI REVIEW
I developed a small obsession for mixed nylon-boar bristle brushes from seeing Mason Pearson brushes reviewed online, but I can’t justify over $200 for a hair brush, “heirloom” or not! I was between this and the Kent (I have and love Kent combs), but after reading reviews of both, I chose this one for the flat cut nylon bristles, which are invigorating but still comfortable on the scalp - no sharp angles for this tenderhead.Big boar propaganda tells us the bristles help distribute your natural scalp oils from the roots to the tips of the hair. The cuticle structures of natural boar bristle are similar to hair strands, which is why it carries the oil so effectively but also buffs your cuticle smooth with regular use. The key to longevity is keeping the brush free of hair after each use and cleaning the brush with shampoo and drying thoroughly at least once a month if not 2x.The brush design feels great in the hand and is very lightweight but sturdy and well made with a “Made in U.K” engraving. The pad rubber seems durable and has some give but isn’t overly soft and doesn’t collapse completely. Bristles are dense but with room in between, so it works well even with my thick hair type.I’m a guy with medium length, straight-to-wavy, thick, dark European hair, but I imagine it would detangle easily for longer and curly types while not losing texture. Although I usually fight it, the brush has brought out the best attributes of how wavy my hair can be. After a few days, I can see and feel a difference in the shine and how my hair holds a style.

Perfect brush for fine hair
For someone with fine and thin hair, this is a game changer. I have always used a wet brush and cannot do anything with my hair to make it have more volume since it does not hold anything. Though I learned that using the right brush for your hair is important. This brush adds volume and feels great when brushing. It reduces the amount of hair that falls out when brushing for me and makes my hair so soft. The different bristles and then plastic ones are soft on your head and makes the difference when brushing. I just want to keep brushing!

Maybe the perfect brush if you don’t have too thick hai??
- Makes hair incredibly smooth and shiny- Might not work for thick hairI usually stay away from boar bristle brushes because they can’t brush through my thick coarse hair, but I thought this brush might be a good compromise because it’s a combo of both boar and nylon bristles. However, turns out it still can’t reach my scalp and sort of just brushes the surface of my hair. So this brush doesn’t really work for me for detangling (maybe it’s not supposed to, idk, but I’m a one brush kind of girl, so that was a bit disappointing). Having said that, this brush makes the top layer of my hair so smooth, shiny and frizz free, I’ve actually surprised myself in the mirror several times by how good it looks. Also, the brush itself just looks and feels classy and expensive???

Great hairbrush
I’ve been looking for a good hairbrush for a long time and this one checks all the boxes. Great brushing ability. I got the travel size first and now I’ve purchased the liked it medium size one (the large size was not available)

Not for me
I'm not sure what this brush does except scratch my scalp. It's really strange. The bristles are too long to actually brush the hair. It just skims the top. It doesn't smooth or grasp the hair. I'm not sure who would benefit from this brush. It's just not for me.

scratchy and feels a bit cheap
I got this because I thought I lost my Mason Pearson brush and I wanted something similar. This brush is very scratchy on my scalp, and not in a good way. It hurts. The handle is also kind of thin and cheap feeling.Otherwise it is an okay brush-- it gets the job done. However I don't think it is anything revolutionary, so I wouldn't really recommend it.
