These chairs are beautiful! Love the curved back. Easy to assemble, very sturdy, and comfortable. The perfect size and height for my small table for 2. They were slippery on my vinyl floor. Way better on the area carpet and looks nicer anyway.

Been looking for some new chairs to go with my 1980s teak dining table. It's been a long hunt, but when I saw these, I decided to take a chance and order a pair. They arrived today and they are PERFECT. The gray fabric ties in nicely with the rest of my home, and the wood finish matches the legs on my teak dining table perfectly. Only took about 30 minutes to assemble the first chair and try it out. The result is a light weight but very sturdy chair. The fabric should wear really well, but could easily be changed out later if needed. Once fully assembled and all fasteners torqued down.. this chair is very sturdy, yet easy to move around. The padding on the seat is firm, not mushy, and gives good support to your bottom (it does not bottom out onto the wood frame underneath at all). The design of the chair is superb in that it gently encourage you to sit up straight and the back padding is perfectly placed and very comfortable. With this successful test, I have now order to more sets of 2 to complete my 6 chair need. I have to say, all in, incluing tax... $450 for 6 chairs of this quality and comfort is a steal in my view. Yeah, you have to assemble them, but hey.. for the right chair design... I really do not care. NOTE: READ THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS carefully before assembling. I see comments here about the chair not assembling correctly (particualrly the back). News flash if that is the case you did not follow directions and need to take it apart and start over. Two key points to success: 1) the two leg sections ARE NOT ambidextrous, you must assemble them together exactly as instructed. 2) DO NOT fully torque down all the fasteners until you have tested the chair for level seating on a level floor surface. Once you confirm that, then do a careful rotational sequence of tightening, then going around one more time and fully torque all fasteners down completely. If you do this.. you will be very pleased with these chairs.

These chairs are awesome! Very stylish, comfortable and fairly easy to assemble. Only reason for 4 stars is that one of the 4 chairs we purchased was ever so slightly defective in the way one of the pre-cut pieces was (not) aligned, but this was easily fixable by my handy husband. And these chairs are worth the hassle. Overall, very happy with this purchase. Beautiful pale 'green tea' seats and back rest with plenty of cushioning and good lumbar support. Legs are very sturdy and nicely finished. Recommend highly!

These chairs are really well made. I had previously considered purchasing similar chairs from a very well known company, but just couldn’t mentally justify the price. Bought two of these for less than one of the other company’s would have been. Because of the price, I wasn’t expecting the best quality. Very happy to say I was wrong! The wood is finished nicely, the fabric will be very durable and it was easy to put the chairs together. The color is true to what’s represented and it’s gorgeous. They are sturdy, well shaped and comfortable to sit in. I am going to take the added precaution of spraying the fabric with a fabric sealer, since the fabric can’t be removed for washing (like the expensive ones). I’m truly happy with the purchase.

Over three years later, we still love these chairs. They've lasted and are great quality. We love the style, sturdiness, height and fabric.

Nice chairs for the price. They look good and appear sturdy. The seat cushion might be firmer than some might like for extended sitting, but I am happy with it for a dining table chair. Many reviews indicated the chairs are hard to assemble, but I did not have much difficulty, and I think the manufacturer has made some modifications to help folks avoid installing the parts backward. The two main side pieces (including legs and back support) crisscross before the seat attaches (which was not immediately intuitive...look at the instructions). These side pieces might have been easy to install in the wrong order, but now have tabs that don't let you install them backward. The back rest is also easy to install upside down, but now you can only mount one of the two bolds on each side as the other is offset (I made that mistake on the first chair, thinking the previous reviews were right that the hardware does not fit, but then flipped the back and all was good). The final screws for the cross braces now have predrilled holes (not sure they are needed, but this helps show the best way to align the parts and were probably added in response to some the previous reviews). Like all unassembled furniture, putting them together is easier with an electric drill, particularly for all the cross-brace screws. The Allen wrench needed for the main chair bolts was longer than any in my drill attachment kit, so I had to saw off the end of one of the supplied wrenches to make a drill attachment, but after that all went smoothly.

I built these today and the feel of them is sturdy and they look great, better then the picture. They were simple to build and and took no time. TIme will tell for now how they last but so far so good.

Okay for the money.. Amazing looks and fairly simple assembly BUT it's not comfortable. Could really do with some more padding on the seat mainly but the back rest too.
