This product is really good. However.The last twice of purchasing it the crayon has been broken which means there is immediate wastage on a crayon which already is not very big

Arrived broken with all of the product crushed in the lid. No eligible for return… so I pay Amazon / L’Oréal money for nothing?! Very upsetting Amazon please fix this

I typically use a pencil for my eyebrows but thought I would give this a try. It does apply well and has good pigment; the brush is also really good! It does however flake a fair bit, so when brushing it out it will flick on to a different part of my face and be a pain to remove.It’s okay considering the price, and works. However, I don’t think I would buy it again.

Bought as I’d lost my eyebrows to alopecia following the birth of my son. The pencil applies beautifully smooth with a great range of colours. I use the cool brunette and I have dark brown hair with olive skin. No other eyebrow pencil compares and this is the only one I will buy now. Been using this product for over 5 years without complaint.
