Excellent product. Got to take it as soon as your feeling like a cold or bug is knocking at your door. Great ingredients, research them, worth your time. Take this along with boosting your intake of vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin D3, elderberry syrup along with this Quick Defense perhaps Oregano oil capsules and in a few days you'll feel much better. I always have Quick Defense close by

Well. I’ve been using this for years. And it’s potent. I think the way the herbs are extracted are via co2 which preserves the molecules better and makes for a more potent extraction. Gaia herbs is one of the best and never lets me down. They have several other products that work wonderfully as well. Thanks Gaia for being a staple in my health when needed!

This is the best, I recommend it to all my friends, and I don’t travel without it! If you feel a little rundown, perhaps a little scratchy throat, just take as directed for a couple of days and this will help boost your immune system so you don’t get sick!
