Q: Where is it made? Is it made in China?

I tried to research and determine from the upc bar code that it was NOT made in China......But when taking out of box the gauge itself it stamped "MADE IN CHINA."

Q: What is the accurracy of this guage?

Accuracy is relative to the intended use. I use the guage I bought on my pool filter, accuracy not as important as consistency. I would probably spend a great deal more on a guage that could potentially lead to a life threatening event.

Q: When used to measure pressure of a enclosed vessel filled with steam, will the heat damage the gauge?

The description does not mention heat as a problem. It states: “Stainless steel case, brass wetted parts, glycerin filled” and it meets drinking water standards, so it will probably be fine as long as there’s not anything corrosive.
