Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great thing to have on a duty belt or plate carrier med kit. Thankfully I haven't had to use it yet.

This is a must in our med kit. If you or a loved one takes blood thinners, you know a small scratch can cause bleeding that can be hard to stop. We cut a piece of this and use with a bandage and it stops the bleeding. (Like from a dog scratch).
