The perfect pendant lights
I love these lights! I ordered them to hang over my kitchen island and they are stunning. They are the perfect size and worth the money. The quality is exceptional and it lights up the space perfectly. I can't say how the installation process went because I didn't install them.

Decent option
They’re well priced but know that the cord that the lights hang on resembles a normal cord you’d see on anything that plugs into an outlet. It’s rolled up and doesn’t truly straighten out.

Looks great and awesome customer service
Update: Seller contacted me and sending a new lamp. This time the it has the parts. Installed in hallway and love the look and the lighting color and brightness. Great customer service ! Returning this as missing cords, cap and light bulb attachment. Only glass ball and a few screws inside the box.

The cord doesn’t hang straight
I am returning them. Cord is not straight. A metal down rod is preferred
