Image DynamicsID10D2 V.4 10" 300W RMS 600W Max Dual 2-Ohm V.4 Subwoofer

These subs bang hard and one is enough for me! These get low and play clear in a sealed box with no problems. Have them hooked up at 4 ohms because my Alpine A60M does 300 at 4 ohms which is the perfect match for the ID10s. Trunk real estate is kept at a large level as this box is very compact due to the fact that these drivers only need little space. No doubt these can battle JL Audio with no problem as they are SQL despite being the entry level. These things are mad efficient and make my first subwoofers which are Sundowns sound like crap by comparison. Unbelievable and outstanding craftsmanship. I would even recommend the ID10 or ID8 as I’ll probably swap some home audio subwoofer drivers for those to see what the deal is. Remarkable bass that is just so linear and non overpowering yet still decently loud. My trunk is a mess for now but I still have so much damn space it’s amazing what $160 plus a $70 box could do in terms of adding space to the music as well as high quality bass!

I have been a fan of Image Dynamics subwoofers for years, I have had many different IDQ subs and a set of IDW-15's in the past. When it came time to purchase a replacement driver for my home theater subwoofer I knew I had to go with Image Dynamics.The ID10 subwoofer is extremely well made, it outclasses the unit I replaced several times over. Push terminals make connecting speaker wire extremely fast, the leads are attached to the spider so you don't have to worry about lead slap/noise. Gasketing material is included within the box to ensure your driver is sealed toy your cabinet.The ported enclosure I have this subwoofer installed in is approximately 1.5 cu ft., is tuned to 28Hz and has a 150W RMS plate amplifier installed; I wired the voice coils in series to present a 4 ohm load to my plate amplifier. This subwoofer has really transformed my old home theater sub, bass is now tight, accurate and much more detailed when compared to the speaker that was replaced. The factory driver was extremely sloppy and moved an incredible deal to create bass, this sub hardly even moves and is louder and sounds better than the factory unit.There isn't much else to say, I am extremely impressed, well done Image Dynamics!

Does not function well in my setup - dual sub enclosure connected to the Hifonics Zeuz ELITE ZEX1350.1D. Completed the tuning. Experienced distortion at mid volume (less than half). At low volume, the bass response was very nice. I wanted to verify if my setup was adequate. So, I replaced the ID10D2 with Kicker Comp R. Problem solved. I am sticking with the Kickers.

This subwofer is so freaking awesome

I have two of these in .71^ft each behind the back seat of my double cab Tacoma. They sound amazing. Very comparable to my jl audio 12w3v3 in my Saab. Excellent value!

Sounds great really clean bass, I'm running 250 RMS bridged through a stereo integrity amp. I couldn't find a box that fit my truck (single cab first gen Tacoma) so I bought a .45cf 8" woofer box and cut it out to receive this 10". I was unsure if it would sound OK but it sounds great. I would Definitely recommend this woofer works great in my limited space. I have run cerwin Vega Rockford fosgate and jl at different times in my single cabs and to me the sound quality of this one is better.
