I really like different varieties of oil because it adds that subtle variety of authentic flavor to the dishes I cook for my family. I will only buy cold-pressed olive oils for my family for the health benefits, and this checks that box. This olive oil has a very light flavor, but not so much so that it is undetectable. It is not as good as some of the $30 and $50 bottles that I have purchased for use of dipping and dressings, but it works well for my dishes when I don't want or need the more overpowering depth of flavor of the more expensive oils. Highly recommended!
