This 22.5W 20,000mAh power bank is easily the best portable charger I’ve ever owned. It’s become an essential part of my daily routine and travel kit. Honestly, if you're looking for a power bank for day trips or traveling and don't want to worry about running out of charge on a portable charger, this is the one to buy! Charging ability:With 20,000mAh, I get multiple full phone charges. For reference, I own a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, and I can recharge my phone around 2-3 times from empty to full again with this charger, and possibly even more at times. I love how this charger supports fast charging for my phone because other portable chargers I've used in the past just charge my phone too slowly for me if I'm on the go. I also like the digital display as it makes it easy to know how much charge you have left on the device.Size:Another strong point about this device is its size. The size of this charger is the perfect size as it's not too big or bulky and roughly around the same size as my phone, just a bit taller in height. For the amount of power you are getting with this charger, I would expect it to be bigger, but it's still in a perfectly compact size that's easy enough to throw into a backpack. It might be a bit big for your pockets to carry, but it's definitely possible, as I've done it before, but it's not the comfiest, so I would suggest throwing it into a separate bag on the go instead. Another thing too is this thing is durable, I've dropped it and accidentally stepped on it a few times on accident and it's still for the most part intact and perfectly fine. Flashlight feature:I haven't used this feature much as I mainly use the device for charging, but it's definitely a nice option to have on the go and is really easy to use as well.

This is my third one. I absolutely LOVE this charger. By far, hands down, the BEST charger I’ve ever purchased. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and can charge it multiple times on a single battery charge as well as charging tablets, laptops, lights, etc. it’s a tad bulky compared to the slim styles but I contribute that to the actual charging ability you receive from the battery. I can not say enough good things about this charge pack! Great product, great quality, long lasting!

I've been really impressed with this battery's ability to charge my phone quickly while using it, as well as how long it holds its charge between uses. It seems to pack a lot of power in a convenient pocket size. I've used it to keep my phone charged while using multiple tracking apps for several hours at a time, right in my pocket or phone holster or saddle bag.

I have never used any expensive chargers to compare it to but for a good price this does everything I need, it will charge my phone for a whole weekend if I am camping and it will provide multiple charges, also charge multiple things at once, it well also hold power after months of not using it, pretty durable aswell, accidentally left it in a puddle of water over night in my tent with no issues, overall very impressed with within product and would definitely recommend

Four stars pending use on an upcoming trip, but here’s my out-of-box review.Aesthetically I like this battery pack; the design is minimal and functional, the display is simple and easy to read, and the ports are tight and easy to access. I was especially pleased by how well the included USB-C cable doubles as an integrated strap for attaching this pack to a bag, wrist, etc. It’s thicker than I expected (a little over an inch deep) and densely heavy, so if you’re looking for small or lightweight this may not be the pack for you. That said, I appreciate that it feels solid.This pack had a 54% charge out of the box. I plugged it into an Apple 20W USB-C charging block using an Apple USB-C cable and it took about 45 minutes to charge up to 100%. Then I used the included USB-C cable to charge a fully-dead 13” iPad Pro. After 33 minutes, the iPad Pro was at 35%.Preliminary takeaways are that this device is thoughtfully designed but probably not ideal if you need something really lightweight, or require true fast charging. That’s okay for my purposes, but I’ll revise my review as needed when I’m back from my trip in a few weeks and have more real-world information.

The LED display is super handy, and it’s great knowing exactly how much charge I have left.However, after a few months of use, the power bank started to malfunction. I was a bit worried, but I reached out to their customer support, and I have to say—impressive! They responded quickly, acknowledged the issue, and within no time, they arranged for a replacement to be sent to me. The process was seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with how fast they handled the situation.In short, not only is the power bank fantastic, but the customer service is exceptional. I’ll definitely be sticking with INIU for future purchases!

Do I care that this is smaller than I expected? Not at all, but I didn't expect that it would charge my Pixel because it works better with a fast charger. But, this one still works even though it's not fast. Most other battery packs just don't charge my phone. I'll take slower charger over not charging at all any day.Note that it takes a better quality cable to charge well. I have a device that I can plug into any USB port between the source and destination. The charging cable makes a big difference. Fabric cables don't charge as well, just so you know.I'm glad to have this backup battery.
