The water purifier is just what we needed. Some people complained about the leaking tap. I also experienced this but just had to tighten the nut up more and now it doesn't leak. So it's all good and everyone in the family likes the taste of the water.

Love this little water filter. Would recommend at the price its a game changer in my house. We have compared taste of tap and after filtered through this filter and it's a big difference. Would give it 5 stars but my only complaint is the taps. Easy to fit but not the greatest quality. First one broke pretty quickly and they are made of plastic. Not the easiest to clean and if you get one. Do not forget to do this when you clean the whole glass unit. Still an excellent product all round

Arrived in good time..Easy to assemble and set up.Water tastes good with a double filter PH01 and PH02.Happy to recommend friends.Impressed with the level of filtration and drinking a slightly alkaline based waterAlso impressed with the quality of the tap.Good look on the kitchen top and will encourage my family to drink alot more healthy water.

After being relatively content with my purchase I recommended to a family member but the version they received was alot lower quality in that the tap drips continually from within the mechanism. She contacted customer support several times in increasing urgency and they have ignored all communications to replace the small but essential part. She is now returning the whole set and I would have been buying her th additional filter attachments if their customer service had been in existence. Sadly however. Not. If you want to hope your item has no problems then U will be happy but if you encounter any problems good luck getting in contact with them......

When I initially got this, I worried I had spent a whole load of money on something way overrated and overpriced. However, now that I've used this nonstop for the last week or so, my opinion has changed to a very positive one. Please read through, so you can understand why. Upon initially putting it together, I found the instructions around getting the little tap to fit in very unclear. This resulted in a poorly fit tap, which was causing a massive leak the first time I tried to open the tap and pour myself a glass. Upon fitting it in for the second time round, I noticed small pieces of glass falling outside, so I had to throw away perfectly good water in fear of swallowing pieces of glass. Upon closer inspection, I realised that the rubber band gets damaged with every twist of the metal tap that goes into it, also damaging the hole in the glass that it was fitted in - really ridiculous how fragile the rubber is as it's supposed to protect from leaks and allow the metal tube to go into it. So that part of the design isn't well thought out. I can see a lot of similar reviews, saying this product is trash and is leaking - the suppliers should consider providing clearer instructions on how to properly set the tap up OR invest in a better quality rubber and tap to begin with. Oh, in addition to this, one of the legs to the wooden supporter on which the glass cylinder sits doesn't fit in its spot; and one of the holes for the screws, securing the leg, is positioned off-side and so you cannot fit in the screws well. To be honest, I considered returning it as faulty as this is a bit dangerous given that you're expecting this to support a heavy glass cylinder; but I had already opened the filter and activated it. Anyway, once I actually managed to put everything together, it was all heavenly. The water tastes amazing - sweet as if someone has put sugar in my glass. It can be filled up with a whole lot of water which almost lasts the two of us all day, so I don't have to constantly pour more and pour as we drink a lot daily. And having the tap at the bottom does make it easy to have the entire unit stationary and almost imagine you have your own mineral water station in the room. Aside from the minor faults in the design and difficulties I faced upon putting this together, I would recommend this filtration system to anyone, living in a country with poor tap water!

Mines been going just under a year now and I love it. Love the look, love the taste, like that im drinking slightly more alkaline water in a highly acidic world. My tap just broke under the one year mark but they send 2 anyway, different styles as per your preference.

Most beautiful water filter - and very easy to set up. Glass too instead of cheap plastic. Have put it in my bedroom to ensure I keep up my 8 glasses a day.

Bought a filter that works almost perfectly but I can’t get past the fact that it came with a runny water spigot. I went to their official website and asked for an replacement 2 weeks ago but they don’t seem to care that much because I did not got any reply.
