This says on the tube " heals overnight" and this is So True. Works like magic. I finally- finally have an ointment ( i have searched for yrs) that works immediately. I am so so relieved! Trust me, get this. It is awesome!

Works for its intended purpose

I didn’t think I would need this product, but here we are. It took two days to start feeling better - I’m on day three and am much improved. Not 100%, but I’ll be there soon I hope. Highly recommend pairing with portable bidet bottle to ensure everything stays clean while healing.

So when I was ordering diaper rash protectant for my baby grandson, I decided to order one for me. Somehow it's much better, don't know why. There was a little irritation from balmex. But with "Butt Paste" it was perfect, no irritation. Strange name but that's what it's called, and it's a lot better. I think Balmex might put too many ingredients in.
